This listed building is located at the center of Mytilene and is housed inside a beauty salon. It consists of two floors with 4 rooms and one WC each. There is a loft with a small WC of 40 square meters for an independent office or for a small bedroom or for a storeroom. There is also a basement of 40 square meters for a storeroom. Finally, there is a warehouse and boiler room of 28 square meters. In each room, there is a fancoil radiator which is connected with the oiler boiler and the cooling unit for the hot months.
