Panoramic sea views of the Aegean sea. 360 panoramic views of Plomari, Vatera, Melinda, Paliohori and Mount Olympus.  Many hiking clubs come and hike up to the mountain summit.  The plot has pine and olive trees.

The EU is subsidizing programs to boost mountain tourism. Tents, camping, Mountain retreat/shelter.  A cafeteria, taverna can be added with the best views of the entire region.  The mountain elevation is above 550 meters.

The plot has three contracts of 12 years. It receives annual income of 5000e from mobile companies, television company and private internet provider.  There is a potential to add any radio station for extra income.  The mountain faces directly to Mount Olympus which is the highest mountain of Lesvos at 1000 meters.  It can also host another mobile company.
