The house consists of three (3) floors, 136 square meters each. The ground floor consists of an office space, which can also be used as an interior parking, 2 bedrooms, a storage room, a laundry room, a bathroom and a space for the boiler. On the first floor there is a hall, a living room, a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, one of them larger than the others, a bathroom, an office and a hall. The floors are connected to each other by internal stairs. The house was built in 1956, renovated internally in 1982 and externally in 2004.

It also has a front garden and an extensive orchard with lemon trees, with a well at the back, where there is also a storage room for the garden tools. In the part of the plot, which is located behind the house, there is the possibility of building and there is a separate exit to the back road (Aristeidou end).
