The house consists of 3 floors. The kitchen, living room, and one bathroom are on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the second floor, there is one bedroom and a room for the washing machine. The plot area is approximately 90 square meters. The total floor area of the house, including the staircase, is approximately 145 square meters. The outdoor areas cover approximately 65 square meters.

From all bedrooms, there is direct access to the outdoor areas, where you can find both sun and shade. The rooms are equipped with beds, wardrobes, and workspaces. The room on the 2nd floor has a view of Plomari and the Aegean. Also, there is space for extra bedding. In the kitchen-living room, there is plenty of space for eight people around a big round table, and you find yourself in the Greek tradition, with a ceiling height of more than 3.5 meters.

The bathrooms on the ground floor and 1st floor have a sink, shower, and toilet. For stays in the off-season, you can warm up with underfloor heating in the kitchen-living room and the dwellings two bathrooms. Bedrooms are equipped with wooden floors.
