Detached House at Vrisa

Τhe house consists of two levels, which could be used as two separate accommodations.
At the ground floor, there is plenty of parking. From there is access to the utility room for storage and washing/drying facilities.
The side entrance of the house leads to the ground floor and the garden. Entrance leading to the living area, two bedrooms, toilet and shower room, storage cupboard, and a 2nd toilet and hand basin room.
Access from the first floor, via stairs, from the front of the house. The balcony offers a seating area and lovely views across the village and surrounding hills.
The front door leads into a tall, spacious hall with a chandelier and views of the rear garden. The open plan kitchen comprises a cooker, a sink, and a fridge freezer. Storage units consist of both modern and traditional Greek country-style cupboards. There is also the focal point, a stone surround fireplace housing a log burner.
Opposite the kitchen is an airy lounge area that could be used as a bedroom. In this room, there is air conditioning. The hall leads to the shower and toilet facilities with a storage cupboard, large mirror, and plumbing for a washing machine.
Two large storage cupboards flank the doorway to this room. To the rear of the hallway, a door leads to a covered seating area and the terraced garden with paved seating areas for relaxation and dining. There is also a large storage shed to the side. The garden area has a range of trees and plants offering a peaceful, relaxing space. The roof of the covered area houses a solar panel for water heating. There is access to the ground floor accommodation to the rear of the property via the garden, which has lighting and a water tap.
The items which are included in the sale are the washing machine, tumble dryer, the oven, the fridge, the wood burner, the air-conditioning system and the lighting. Furniture can be negotiated separately.

The bakery in the village is open daily, and it is just a short walk from the house.
There is a supermarket on the outskirts of the village.
Vatera Beach, with bars and restaurants, is a 5-minute drive away.
